About the Role This is an opportunity to be part of the PINK concept process and help steer its direction. This role focuses on developing the PINK brands seasonal color concepts—from research and trend forecasting to color storytelling and hands-on color mood boards and palettes in both physical and digital formats. The ideal candidate is creative with a strong eye for color, fashion, and consumer trends, able to translate runway inspiration into commercially viable products that resonate with PINK customers.

What You'll Do

• Research current and future color and fashion trends in intimates, apparel and accessories.
• Track seasonal color by reviewing trend forecasting reports, fashion shows, and competitor product offerings.
• Create color mood boards, trends and runway reports in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Color match to company color standards; ongoing management and organization of various color tools across physical and digital palettes in InDesign and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the Concept Team to ensure research aligns with broader brand initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with the conceptual print & graphics team to incorporate color into seasonal presentations and with merchant teams to understand seasonal focuses.
• Manage creation and distribution of all visual presentation tools and assets.

• Experience with presentation design; proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Experience with color mood boards and trend forecasting.
• Fashion/retail color direction experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $105,300.00 - $149,415.00 USD per year.
