Job Description

Maison Pilates is looking for a qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team as a Pilates Studio Supervisor. The role combines teaching Pilates classes with overseeing daily studio operations, coordinating the team, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about Pilates, confident in leading classes, and have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pilates studio.

• Teach high-quality Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates classes.

• Plan and adapt sessions according to clients’ fitness levels, needs, and goals.

• Ensure proper exercise technique, client safety, and high teaching standards.

• Coordinate class schedules, bookings, and instructor availability.

• Support and coordinate Pilates instructors and reception staff.

• Monitor class attendance, memberships, renewals, and client satisfaction.

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and loyalty.

• Support membership sales, promotions, and business development initiatives.

• Ensure the studio and equipment are clean, organized, safe, and well maintained.

• Monitor studio performance and report to management.

• Assist with staff onboarding, training, and maintaining service quality.

• Qualifications and Requirements

• Recognized Pilates Instructor certification in Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role.

• Previous supervisory or studio management experience is an advantage but not required.

• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, movement techniques, exercise modifications, and client safety.

• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations and work effectively within a team.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially aware.

• Fluency in English; Arabic and Spanish are an advantage.

• Currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
