About the Role Promote PICO products in the Shanghai region, develop and maintain customer relationships, and build and manage distribution channels. This role supports Cepheid's strategic goals by delivering science-driven solutions and accelerating real-world impact. What You'll Do
- Promote PICO products in the Shanghai region to healthcare and biotechnology customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and manage channel/distribution partners in the region
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to market strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, service) to address customer needs
- Collect market feedback and communicate insights to product and leadership
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales or account management in life sciences, healthcare, or diagnostics
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in Shanghai and manage local customers and channels
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with business-acumen
