Recolectar productos dentro de la tienda siguiendo el orden del pedido con velocidad y precisión
Empacar correctamente cuidando la calidad del producto
Coordinar con tu equipo para que la operación fluya sin pausas
Mantener tu zona de trabajo ordenada y abastecida
Cumplir con las métricas de productividad del turno

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en ventas (preferiblemente en ventas en frío, call centers o roles comerciales similares).Habilidades de comunicación y negociación sobresalientes.Actitud orientada a resultados y pasión por superar metas.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y con alto ritmo de ejecución.Conocimiento básico de herramientas digitales y CRMs (deseable).
