POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of repetitive and/or routine operations to complete the automatic or manual assembly or packaging of various razors and razor components. Deliver parts to machine as directed by operator or Team Leader.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Mentally and visually pay attention to detecting jams, defective material or improper seatingof pa1ts in fixtures, recognizing any operating difficulties and making corrections utilizing standard operating procedures as needed , within the realm (skill-set) of a General Packer.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and be able to communicate findings verbally, in writing, or through a translator.
• Perform repetitive motions for 8 hours.
• Be able to move (push, pull, or otherwise manipulate) materials up to 40lbs (this increased weight applies to Club Packs in shippers for trans it).
• Perform various material handling duties such as moving and lifting materials to supply machine stations . Must definitely know how to operate a pallet jack.
• Perform a variety of unskilled duties necessary to maintain assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Be able to perform to an acceptable standard as it relates to General Packer functions regardless of assigned area (I.e. Packout, Alloyd line, Sorting Work, Trash Removal etc.).
• Check for improper opera tion, opened and/or damaged shippers and packers.
• Report unusual/unsafe conditions and/or faulty operations to proper supervision.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• MOLDING OPERATIONS

• Perform a variety of repetitive and/or routine operations for 12 hours, to complete the automatic or manual loading of empty pans or needed packing materials for various components onto the central conveyor system and machine locations.

• Must remove all filled pans from the central conveyor sys tem.

• Weigh pans to standard weight for each component.

• Place pans/boxes onto proper component skid by mold/machine location.

• Perform necessary electronic transaction and relocate skid to ship out area for removal by warehouse personnel.

• Detect and clear misloaded containers as necessary to insure a constant flow of pans on conveyor system.

• Must be ale1i to detect and remove defective material.

• Check finish product for defects, prior to skid shipment.

EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED.
