PI Server Data Historian Engineer - Sisslerfeld Site Development (a) 100%

About the Role As PI Server Data Historian Engineer for the Sisslerfeld Site Development, you will build, configure and validate the PI System as the central data hub for process data. You will connect automation systems like Siemens PCS 7 (and later PCS neo) and the MES PAS-X to the Historian to enable GMP-compliant data integrity and traceability. What You'll Do

• Setup, configuration and validation of PI System as central data hub for process data.
• Interface automation systems (Siemens PCS 7, PCS neo) and MES PAS-X to the PI Historian.
• Implement GMP-related requirements: data integrity, audit trail, data retention, redundancy and access security.
• Develop tag structures, PI AF (Asset Framework), Event Frames and interfaces to reporting systems.
• Support PI Vision and other tools for operations analytics, process monitoring and batch reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA and IT as well as global units to ensure compliance and system availability.
• Create technical documentation and assist with qualification (URS, FS, IQ/OQ) and training; maintenance and operation during commercial phase. What We're Looking For
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation or related field.
• Several years of experience with OSIsoft / AVEVA PI System in regulated environments (preferably pharma/GMP).
• Strong knowledge of integrating PCS 7 (and ideally PCS neo) and MES systems like PAS-X.
• Experience with PI components: PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Interfaces, PI Vision.
• Understanding GMP requirements regarding data integrity and system validation.
• Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, VB, C++, JavaScript) and networking knowledge.
• Windows administration experience; IT systems qualification (GMP, GAMP, CSV) knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of automation (OPC UA) beneficial.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and structured documentation style; German and English proficiency. Nice to Have
