• Compensation for the appointment runs at £83,500 – £98,500, gross, with the contract intended to last. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence in Riyadh is provided by the family, not by Medical Staff Talent. The family allows regular paid time off, in addition to flights to see your own family. You negotiate your terms with the family itself, exactly as the family intends. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
