Physiotherapist — Private Residence Therapy Lead — Riyadh

We are recruiting a UK & European-trained physiotherapist for a private family in Riyadh, to fill the private residence therapy lead role. This post rewards steadiness, good judgement and quiet reliability, in everything from rehabilitation and mobility programmes to the smallest daily detail. Time abroad with the family is part of the work, with rehabilitation and mobility programmes remaining your responsibility throughout. Your employer is the family itself, under a direct contract, while Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies each clinician.

Requirements

• Applicants must be a registered physiotherapist, UK or European trained, with a clean regulatory history and rehabilitation and mobility programmes. We look for 5+ years in clinical practice since qualifying, partly spent caring for a single client or family. UK or European qualification is the only route into this appointment. Excellent written and spoken English is needed for notes, handovers and conversations, plus a signed non-disclosure agreement before deployment. We verify your qualifications and registration ourselves before any introduction, and we tell you plainly what we find.

Benefits

• Remuneration is gross, set at £70,000 – £85,000. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Riyadh is arranged and paid for by the family. The family gives generous paid leave each year, plus flights home each year. The contract is yours and the family's alone, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
