This is a role for a clinician who earns trust slowly and keeps it, from the first morning of rehabilitation and mobility programmes. In Abu Dhabi, London or Switzerland, the same clinician stays alongside them, with graded exercise sessions fitted around the family's day adapted calmly to each new setting. The family, not an intermediary, employs you and signs your contract; we introduce you and verify your credentials.
Requirements
- You must hold full UK or European registration and practise as a physiotherapist, with demonstrable experience of rehabilitation and mobility programmes. Expect to evidence 2 years of clinical work after qualification, and calm long-term responsibility for one household. Training and licensing in the UK or Europe underpin every shortlist for Abu Dhabi, and we review your certificates first. You must communicate fluently in English, in person and in writing, with a confidentiality undertaking that outlasts the appointment. Verification comes first: we confirm each credential before the family hears of you, so the first conversation can focus on the role.
Benefits
- The family offers £88,000 – £103,000, gross, for the right physiotherapist, in recognition of graded exercise sessions fitted around the family's day. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. You are housed by the family within its residence in Abu Dhabi, and relocation is arranged by the family. Time off is built into the appointment and paid by the family, with return flights home provided by the family. Your agreement is a direct one with the family, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
