About this role
Our client, a private family in Riyadh, is seeking a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist to lead their care with precision. The family expects a measured, high-standard approach to functional assessment, with absolute discretion. Once the household moves on to the Côte d'Azur for the summer, your assessments stay consistent, so nothing is lost between homes. Our part is to introduce and verify the physiotherapist; employment is entirely a matter between you and the family.
Requirements
- The essential foundation is a physiotherapy qualification and current professional registration, held within a UK or European jurisdiction. 5 years spent in clinical practice is required, with standards demonstrable through references. We consider only UK or European training for the physiotherapist post, because the family expects a recognised and verifiable background. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and the NDA is signed before any detail of the family is shared. Extended periods away from Riyadh are part of the post, whether by air, road or sea.
Benefits
- Remuneration for the physiotherapist is £74,500 – £89,500, gross, on a long-term basis. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Riyadh you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The appointment is long-term, with a stable contract, and tenure is meant to be measured in years. You sign the physiotherapist contract directly with the family, set out clearly and without intermediaries. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
