You will be trusted with the family's privacy as well as its health, particularly in rehabilitation and mobility programmes. The family spends part of each year in Europe, and you go too, and standards for rehabilitation and mobility programmes never change. Requirements

• A registered physiotherapist in good standing with a UK or European body, with a record that includes rehabilitation and mobility programmes. A baseline of 2+ years of practice since qualification applies, with private or one-to-one work counting in your favour. Your professional education must be from a UK or European system, and anything else is outside the brief. Strong English underpins every conversation with the family and clinics, and everything you see in the home remains confidential. Nothing reaches the family until we have verified your training and standing, and references are followed up personally.

Benefits

• Compensation for the appointment runs at £74,500 – £89,500, gross, reflecting the seniority and discretion of the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence in Dubai is provided by the family, not by Medical Staff Talent. The family allows regular paid time off, together with annual flights and a secure, long-term contract. You negotiate your terms with the family itself, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
