About this role
On behalf of a private family in Dubai, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist. The appointment calls for discretion, composure and sound judgement, in a household where the best care is barely noticed. Time away from Dubai forms part of this physiotherapist appointment, while the quiet standards of the Dubai residence stay unchanged. The family is the employer of the physiotherapist; we vet your credentials before any introduction is made.
Requirements
- Fully registered physiotherapist with current UK or European professional registration, with nothing outstanding. Experience in physiotherapy spanning 2+ years after registration, ideally in an environment that valued confidentiality. Training must be UK or European; your certificates are checked against the issuing body. Fluent English is expected in the Dubai residence, and you will sign an NDA before introductions begin. You should be ready to leave Dubai with the family at short notice; being unobtrusive in every setting is part of the role.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this physiotherapist post is £83,500 – £98,500, with the stability of a long-term post. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Dubai. Paid leave and flights home are provided by the family; continuity matters to the family, and tenure is expected to be long. When the family travels, your flights and lodging are provided by the family, so the physiotherapist role carries no travel expense. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
