About this role
A private family based in Riyadh requires a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist on a permanent basis. You will hold full clinical autonomy for the family's recovery work, with no one looking over your shoulder. The physiotherapist travels with the family: when they leave Riyadh for Mallorca, recovery work continues without a break, without a handover to anyone else. We introduce only those physiotherapists whose credentials we have checked ourselves, every time. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, with every term set out in writing before you commit.
Requirements
- The post requires a registered physiotherapist with UK or European credentials, able to hold your own judgement. You should have worked no fewer than 5 years since qualifying, some of it in physical therapy. We consider physiotherapists trained and registered in the UK or Europe only. Excellent spoken and written English is expected, together with complete discretion about everything you see in Riyadh in every case. We verify each physiotherapist's registration, references and training before any introduction, and no name is shared before that work is done.
Benefits
- Your gross compensation sits at £74,500 – £89,500, for a role held with independent judgement. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within the residence and covers your travel, an arrangement that supports full clinical autonomy. Rest is protected: leave and flights home are part of the offer; the dates are agreed in writing. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, with your own judgement defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
