You will be trusted with the family's privacy as well as its health, with graded exercise sessions fitted around the family's day setting the pace of each day. The family spends part of each year in Europe, and you go too, where continuing a rehabilitation programme without a break in progression is a standing part of the work. Requirements

• A registered physiotherapist in good standing with a UK or European body, comfortable taking responsibility for rehabilitation and mobility programmes. A baseline of 5 years of practice since qualification applies, since this role rewards steady, experienced judgement. Your professional education must be from a UK or European system, with no exceptions for this mandate. Strong English underpins every conversation with the family and clinics, and privacy is treated as part of the job description. Nothing reaches the family until we have verified your training and standing, with your details held in strict confidence.

Benefits

• Compensation for the appointment runs at £83,500 – £98,500, gross, structured to reward years of service rather than short stints. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your home within the family's residence in Dubai is provided by the family, not by Medical Staff Talent, with relocation arranged by the family. The family allows regular paid time off, and the family also pays for flights back to your home country. You negotiate your terms with the family itself, with our work ending at the introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
