We are introducing a UK & European-trained physiotherapist to a private family in Abu Dhabi, placed through us on a strictly private basis. The mandate suits a physiotherapist who is calm when the decision is theirs alone, particularly during executive mobility care duties. Travel is part of the role, with Switzerland on the family's regular route and physical therapy uninterrupted, often with your own judgement. Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, so the family meets only a physiotherapist we have vetted.

Requirements

• Applicants must be registered physiotherapists from the UK or European systems. A record of 5 or more years in practice is needed, enough to carry full clinical autonomy. We place physiotherapists whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems. Excellent spoken and written English is expected, alongside a binding NDA from day one. We verify each physiotherapist's registration, references and training before any introduction, every time.

Benefits

• Remuneration of £79,000 – £94,000 is gross, a fair reflection of working on your own judgement. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family covers where you live, within its residence, and how you get there. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, which protects your autonomy as a physiotherapist. Rest is protected: leave and flights home are part of the offer, which keeps a long-term physiotherapist post sustainable. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, so expectations around an executive mobility care role are clear from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
