A reassuring manner and sound clinical instincts are essential, particularly in rehabilitation and mobility programmes. International travel with the family is built into the role, and standards for rehabilitation and mobility programmes never change. Employment is with the family alone, on terms agreed with them, once Medical Staff Talent has introduced and verified you.

Requirements

• Candidates are practising physiotherapists whose registration sits in the UK or Europe, with a record that includes rehabilitation and mobility programmes. Candidates should show 5+ years of hands-on practice since registering, with private or one-to-one work counting in your favour. The family has asked for clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and anything else is outside the brief. Confident English is needed for clinical notes and precise conversation, and everything you see in the home remains confidential. Every certificate and licence is checked by us before you are put forward, and references are followed up personally.

Benefits

• The agreed range is £88,000 – £103,000, entirely gross, reflecting the seniority and discretion of the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Jeddah is the family's responsibility. You receive paid annual leave under the family's contract, together with annual flights and a secure, long-term contract. The family issues the contract, and you sign it with them, and Medical Staff Talent takes no role in the employment. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
