You join the family on journeys from London to the Mediterranean coast, and standards for rehabilitation and mobility programmes never change. Appointment and contract sit with the family, once Medical Staff Talent has introduced and verified you.

Requirements

• We need a physiotherapist holding active UK or European professional registration, with a record that includes rehabilitation and mobility programmes. A track record of 3 years after qualification is the minimum, with private or one-to-one work counting in your favour. We introduce only clinicians who trained in the UK or Europe, and anything else is outside the brief. Clear, professional English is a must, from morning updates to written records, and everything you see in the home remains confidential. Your credentials are examined in full by us ahead of any introduction, and references are followed up personally.

Benefits

• You will receive a gross salary of £88,000 – £103,000, reflecting the seniority and discretion of the role. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence in Abu Dhabi is provided by the family. Annual leave, fully paid, is part of the family's offer, together with annual flights and a secure, long-term contract. Details of your package are settled directly with the family, with Medical Staff Talent never a party to them. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
