Requirements

• Candidates are practising physiotherapists whose registration sits in the UK or Europe, ready to lead on rehabilitation and mobility programmes. Candidates should show 2+ years of hands-on practice since registering, with proven reliability in roles that ran for years. The family has asked for clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and it applies equally to every candidate we meet. Confident English is needed for clinical notes and precise conversation, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement before starting. Every certificate and licence is checked by us before you are put forward, and we report anything unclear to you first.

Benefits

• The agreed range is £79,000 – £94,000, entirely gross, with the contract intended to last. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi is the family's responsibility. You receive paid annual leave under the family's contract, in addition to flights to see your own family. The family issues the contract, and you sign it with them, exactly as the family intends. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
