About this role
On behalf of a private family in Doha, we are sourcing a UK & European-trained Physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will be assessed on judgement as well as technique, and independent judgement is part of the daily work. On international trips and extended European stays, your assessments stay consistent, so nothing is lost between homes. We introduce, we verify, and then we step back; employment is entirely a matter between you and the family.
Requirements
- The shortlist starts with a physiotherapy qualification and current professional registration, held within a UK or European jurisdiction. A track record of 3+ years in clinical practice is expected, ideally within a private or high-standard environment. Candidates for this physiotherapist position come from UK or European training programmes, because the family expects a recognised and verifiable background. Discretion about the family is non-negotiable, and the NDA is signed before any detail of the family is shared. Readiness to work away from home for weeks at a time is required, whether by air, road or sea.
Benefits
- The salary band is £79,000 – £94,000, gross, on a long-term basis. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The physiotherapist lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Leave is built into the physiotherapist appointment, and tenure is meant to be measured in years. The family signs with you directly, set out clearly and without intermediaries. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
