About this role
A full-time Physiotherapist position based in Gudu, Abuja. We are looking for a passionate physiotherapist who is committed to helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve greater independence through effective, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions to determine appropriate rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and monitor patient progress over time.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, techniques, and self-management to support ongoing recovery.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of professional practice, patient safety, and ethical conduct.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload effectively in a full-time role.
Requirements
- Qualified physiotherapist with a strong commitment to helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve independence.
- Ability to work full-time in Gudu, Abuja.
- Demonstrated compassion, good communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
