About the Role The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applicants for a Physics Adjunct faculty general pool from which part-time instructors may be selected for upcoming terms as needed. Primary duties include teaching physics lectures and/or labs, including introductory courses (algebra-based and calculus-based) at the first-year level. Instructors will use Canvas and course-specific systems and hold regular office hours to meet with students. Courses may be scheduled day, evening, or online. What You'll Do
- Teach physics lecture and/or lab to introductory/first-year courses (algebra-based and calculus-based).
- Use Canvas and any textbook-specific systems to deliver course materials.
- Hold regular office hours to meet with students.
- Courses may be scheduled day, evening, or online. What We're Looking For
- Ability to teach introductory physics, algebra-based and calculus-based first-year physics courses and labs.
- Proficiency with Canvas and textbook-specific course systems.
- Willingness to hold regular office hours.
