About the Role
Endeavor Health, located in Elmhurst, IL, is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join Endeavor Health Medical Group. The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible and will join a practice that focuses on comprehensive ENT and endocrine surgery. We are looking for a general, well-rounded ENT with potential subspecialty interests to contribute to a premier, fully integrated health system. What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive ENT care as part of a collaborative, employed Otolaryngology team.

Manage a broad ENT practice with opportunities for subspecialization; participate in endocrine surgery when appropriate.

Clinic Monday through Friday with Q8 on-call rotation.

Collaborate with dedicated medical, nursing, and ancillary staff; operate within the EPIC EMR environment.

Contribute to patient experience and quality metrics within a fully integrated health system. What We're Looking For

Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist.

General, well-rounded ENT with interest in subspecialties.

Ability to work within an integrated team and a supportive office with staff.

Willingness to use EPIC EMR and participate in an academic mission and data analytics initiatives. Nice to Have

Subspecialty interests within ENT.

EPIC EMR experience. Compensation & Benefits

2-year salary guarantee; total compensation $368,000–$550,000 annually.
