About the Role Join Concentra as a Medical Director in Rancho Cucamonga. This clinic-based leadership role blends direct patient care with people and operations management, guiding a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care while ensuring efficient center operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care, lead by example, and create an exceptional patient experience.
- Provide leadership in healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Manage clinicians, support staff, and ensure APC supervisory requirements.
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment.
- Identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
- Work with medical clinic leadership to manage clinical and support staffing levels.
- Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
- Possess financial awareness and provide input to clinic budget and key business metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Nice to Have
- Additional preferred qualifications include FMCSA/NRCME certification or willingness to obtain, and ABMS or AOA board certification eligibility.
- Experience in urgent care or center-based medical leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $270,000 - $300,000 per year.
- Monthly Medical Director Stipend.
