About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, at our Yorkville location, to join a comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare delivery system with a strong academic mission, EMR analytics, and an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver clinical practice in Family Medicine within a collaborative team.
- Maintain a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month (subset of 34 bookable hours), including morning/evening/weekend hours.
- Participate in weekend and weekday call.
- Teach house staff and medical students as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with current Illinois license or license pending.
- Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substances License.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other health care team members in a compassionate, customer-oriented manner.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for Family Medicine.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in emergency situations.
- Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist in covering vacancies when necessary. Nice to Have

- Salary: $222,000 to $356,000 per year (2-year salary guarantee), with placement dependent on FTE, experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
