About the Role The Department of Family Medicine at the University of Cincinnati is seeking a physician to join our Wyoming, Ohio practice. The Primary Care Network comprises 15 clinical sites serving over 100,000 patients in the Cincinnati Tri-State region, with UC Physicians providing access to tertiary specialists. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, innovation, and education within an academic medical environment. What You'll Do
- Diagnose diseases or study medical conditions using techniques such as gross pathology, histology, cytology, cytopathology, clinical chemistry, immunology, flow cytometry, and molecular biology.
- Write reports summarizing analyses, results, and conclusions.
- Identify the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological change, and clinical significance of diseases.
- Analyze and interpret results from tests.
- Document findings, plan, and actions taken according to departmental guidelines and standards.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant medical/legal issues that impact on patient care.
- Maintain records and statistics in accordance with department policies.
- Attend and participate in staff, committee, department, and other administrative meetings.
- Participate in department's continuous quality improvement efforts.
- Provide education to other health care professionals. What We're Looking For
