About the Role Logan Health – Chester, Montana is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician to join our team in a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. This role offers broad-scope rural medicine in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with schedule flexibility and meaningful impact in a close-knit community. You will provide care across the Emergency Room, Inpatient/Hospital, Walk-in Care, and Intermediate Skilled Swing/Long-Term Care, with on-site housing provided during scheduled shifts. What You'll Do
- Provide care across Emergency Room, Inpatient/Hospital, Walk-in Care, and Intermediate Skilled Swing/Long-Term Care settings.
- Manage an average ER daily census of 2-5 patients.
- Practice true full-spectrum rural medicine in a flexible, Part-Time schedule (3-4 twenty-four-hour shifts per month) and collaborate with strong, well-established local APPs.
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team and have opportunities for leadership roles within the facility. What We're Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible physician.
- Interest in rural medicine with professional autonomy and the ability to work collaboratively with APPs.
- Commitment to high-quality care and flexibility to participate in a variable shift schedule. Nice to Have
- Interest in leadership opportunities within the facility.
- Experience in rural or broad-scope practice. Compensation & Benefits
- Flexible schedule with an average of 3-4 twenty-four-hour shifts per month.
