About the Role VNA Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to support the Dorchester home care team, providing therapeutic care to patients in Dorchester and surrounding towns as needed. What You'll Do
- Provide therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
- Work independently delivering home-based physical therapy visits in Dorchester and surrounding communities.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM; no weekends; no holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement will be provided. What We're Looking For
- Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience Preferred: 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience. Home Health experience preferred but not required. Nice to Have
- Home Health experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $35.00 - $46.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
