About the Role VNA Care is seeking an experienced 40-hour Physical Therapy Assistant to work for our Concord team. This role involves working independently to provide therapeutic care to patients and families to restore, promote or maintain function and minimize the effects of illness or disability. Travel to patient homes within the service area is required. What You'll Do
- Provide home-based physical therapy to patients and families in Concord and surrounding towns
- Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Travel to patient homes, manage documentation, and communicate with the care team What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience in an acute care setting or comparable work experience; home health experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and travel within the service area Nice to Have
- Home health experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $35.00 - $48.08 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; no weekends
- Benefits start on day 1 (medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits)
- Three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, and six floating holidays
- Bi-weekly pay with mileage reimbursement
- Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more per week and pro-rated
