About the Role VNA Care is seeking an experienced 32-hour Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Danvers team serving Beverly, Danvers, and Salem. The PTA will provide home health physical therapy, working independently to restore, promote, or maintain functional abilities and minimize the effects of illness or disability. What You'll Do
- Provide therapeutic care to patients and families in home health settings, focusing on restoring, promoting, maintaining function, and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
- Work independently under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to implement and progress the plan of care.
- Travel within the Danvers/Beverly/Salem service area; mileage is reimbursed.
- Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience: 1 year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience. Home Health experience preferred but not required.
- Schedule: 32 hours per week; Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; No weekends.
- Other: Ability to work independently; strong communication skills. Nice to Have

- Pay: $35.00 - $48.08 per hour; mileage reimbursement.
- Company Benefits start on day 1 (medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits).
- Paid time off: three weeks; six holidays; six floating holidays.
- Pay frequency: bi-weekly.
- Benefits eligibility: available for schedules of 20 hours or more per week, pro-rated.
