About the Role VNA of Boston is seeking Per Visit Physical Therapists to perform home health visits. Candidate must have Home Health experience and Oasis E; rate is $492 per day, varies by number and type of visits. Flexible schedule with visits scheduled 8:00am-4:30pm on weekdays and/or 8:00am-6:30pm on weekends. Training includes working with a preceptor and educator; a 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended during training. What You'll Do
- Provide per-visit physical therapy services to home health patients within a defined territory.
- Schedule and travel to patient homes; work with preceptor and educator during training.
- Collaborate to adjust care plans according to patient needs; ensure compliance with Oasis E documentation when applicable. What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
- Home Health experience and Oasis E experience.
- Willingness to travel within a territory.
- Ability to work flexible days/hours (Mon-Fri and/or Sat-Sun as scheduled). Compensation & Benefits
