About the Role VNA Care is seeking Per Visit Physical Therapists to provide home health PT services for the Needham & Canton Teams. This per‑visit role requires MA licensure with Home Health and Oasis E experience. You’ll schedule and complete patient visits in the territory with flexible days and hours. What You'll Do
- Provide per-visit physical therapy assessments and treatments in patients' homes within Team 1 and Team 2 territories (Needham/Canton areas and surrounding towns).
- Coordinate with a preceptor and educator during onboarding; a 24-hour weekly training is recommended during training.
- Travel within the territory to deliver care, document therapy sessions, and support patient goals.
- Communicate with care teams to ensure appropriate, compassionate care and adherence to Oasis E documentation.
- Maintain licensure and compliance with Home Health regulations. What We're Looking For
- Active, in-good-standing Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
- Home Health experience and Oasis E experience.
- Willingness to travel within a defined territory and to work a flexible schedule (Mon-Sun coverage with 8:00-4:30 weekdays and/or 8:00-6:30 weekends).
- Ability to coordinate with a preceptor and educator during training. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $480 per day; varies based on number of visits and type of visits per day.
- Schedule flexibility: work any combination of days and hours; visits scheduled 8:00am–4:30pm on weekdays and/or 8:00am–6:30pm on weekends.
- Location: Needham & Canton, MA with territory coverage around Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Norwood, Franklin, Foxboro, Braintree, Marshfield.
