About the Role
VNA Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health visits serving the Worcester, MA area. This full-time role supports patients in their homes under the supervision of a Clinical Manager. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Home health orientation is provided; prior home health experience is not required. What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes within a designated territory.
- Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
- Travel within the Worcester territory to perform home visits.
- Participate in an extensive home health orientation program. What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts license in good standing (Physical Therapist).
- Must be willing to drive within a territory.
- Minimum of 1 year physical therapy experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude and the ability to respond to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills. Nice to Have
- Home health experience (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $100,000 - $137,000 annually, based on full-time schedule.
