About the Role VNA Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for Home Health visits serving the Leominster/Fitchburg area. The PT works under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and provides physical therapy in patients' homes within a designated territory. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, and an extensive Home Health orientation program is provided. Home Health experience is NOT required. What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes within a designated territory under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
- Travel to and work in patients' homes in the Leominster/Fitchburg area; driving within the territory is required.
- Maintain a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Participate in the Home Health orientation program as part of onboarding. What We're Looking For
- Physical Therapy license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Must be willing to drive within the territory.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; can-do attitude. Nice to Have
- Home health experience (preferred) with willingness to participate in orientation and training. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $100,000 to $137,000 yearly, based on full-time schedule.
