About the Role Join VNA Health Group as a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based PT services, helping patients regain mobility and improve quality of life within a supportive team. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs
- Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
- Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards What We're Looking For
- Valid NJ Physical Therapy License
- 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Nice to Have

- Salary range: USD 84,000 - 112,000 per year
