About the Role
The Physical Therapist will deliver in-home physical therapy services across a designated Worcester territory, supporting patient recovery and independence. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with an extensive Home Health orientation and supervision by a Clinical Manager.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes within the designated Worcester territory.
- Travel within the territory to complete visits and adhere to a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.).
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and care team, document interventions per policy, and participate in orientation and ongoing professional development.
- What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts PT license in good standing.
- Willingness to drive within a territory.
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; home health experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to respond to patients and families in varied environments; can-do attitude.
- Nice to Have
- Home health experience preferred.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $100,000 to $137,000 annually, based on full-time schedule.
