About the Role
Join VNA Care as a Physical Therapist delivering in-home care to patients in the Boston area. The role focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability for patients and families. This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. What You'll Do
- Provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
- Collaborates with the care team to design and implement patient-centered treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Deliver services in the assigned territory (Allston/Brighton, Fenway, Jamaica Plain and surrounding towns) and document care and outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
- Home Care experience preferred, not required. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $109,362 - $123,159 annually.
- Competitive compensation paid bi-weekly with mileage reimbursement.
- Benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B, Tuition Reimbursement, Generous PTO and Holiday time.
- Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more per week.
