Salary Range: $90,000- $105,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Bonuses: Up to$10,000 Sign-on bonus (pending experience) and Production Bonus
Sports PT - Factoria is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an athletic facility, movement-focused environment. Job Description
Your First 30–60 Days

Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director

Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)

Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication What You Will Do

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions

Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading

Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes

Make clinical decisions—not just follow protocols

Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes) Clinic Environment

Open athletic facility, active care model (minimal passive modalities)

Structured schedule designed for quality + efficiency

Weekly or biweekly 1:1 check-ins focused on growth and performance

Qualifications
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
