InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Homewood. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits*

  • Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

  • Paid training and mentorship

  • The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $85 per visit

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing

  • BLS CPR certification

  • Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes

  • Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
