PRN Physical Therapist – Cedar River Healthcare Center
Pay: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: PRN / as needed
Cedar River Healthcare Center is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. This is a great fit if you want flexible hours while helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Work with the rehab team, nursing, and families to support resident goals
- Supervise PTAs as needed
What we’re looking for:

Current PT license in the state (required)

Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
