Job Description: Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and coworkers. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans; developing measurable, patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care; delivering high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions; utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions; monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes; educating patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies; completing timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record; supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies; collaborating with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care; maintaining productivity standards while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction; fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment; participating in continuing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications: Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program; Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure; Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire; Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills or a desire to develop them through mentorship; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities; Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care; Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented; Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience; New graduates are encouraged to apply.
