Physical Therapist Matawan NJ $100K–$125K + $10K Sign-On Bonus | Up to $12K Annual Bonus | Full Benefits We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, , physicians, occupational therapists.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• New Jersey Physical Therapist license

• We will consider recent grads

• Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads

• Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus

• Schedule

• Full-Time | 40 hours/week (Mon-Friday)

Compensation

• $100,000–$125,000/year + Up to $12,000 additional annual bonus
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
