Job title: Physical Therapist
Logan Health Chester is seeking a compassionate, adaptable Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Chester, Montana. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real difference in a rural, close-knit community, with patients across the lifespan from toddlers to older adults.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapy across a wide range of conditions, diagnoses, and age groups
- Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed
- Complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues to support recovery goals
- Participate in department and community efforts that strengthen rehabilitation services
What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain prior to hire
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current HS AED CPR certification
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America); Full-time | 40 hours per week | Day shift; Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Flexible scheduling options may be available
