Job title: Physical Therapist Inpatient (Per Diem)

About the Role The Physical Therapist Inpatient Per Diem conducts patient evaluations and provides treatments in accordance with policies and procedures, serving patients of all ages. This role may include indirect patient care and requires flexibility to cover across Concord Hospital sites as needed, with a minimum of two weekend shifts per month and holiday coverage.

What You'll Do

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations and document in accordance with licensure and department standards.
• Develop, document, and revise assessments, goals, and treatments for patients during the episode of care.
• Advocate for and participate in the development of disciplinary and interdisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrate adaptability and timeliness in managing the department caseload.
• Ensure accurate and thorough patient charting and charging as part of daily responsibilities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
• May cover shifts across Concord Hospital sites as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and passing the national certification exam.
• Active NH Physical Therapy license in good standing; BLS for Healthcare Providers (or equivalent).
• Experience working with an interdisciplinary team; new graduates considered.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining department standards.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required for per diem status.

Compensation & Benefits

• Per diem position; minimum two weekend shifts per month and holiday coverage required. Coverage flexibility across sites as needed. No specific salary range provided.
