About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Therapist II for per diem/PRN at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role focuses on direct patient care with opportunities to mentor new grads and collaborate with a team of specialized therapists. This position includes two weekend shifts per month (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with evening hours possible, and a pathway for growth within our orthopedic-focused practice which also offers OT and Speech services. What You'll Do
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients, with comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving functional goals.
- Evaluate patients’ physical and functional status and implement therapeutic programs to address movement dysfunction.
- Educate patients using clear communication and engage them in their own care. Stay current with new techniques and equipment.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to continuous improvement of patient outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with demonstrated clinical independence in an acute care environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master’s in Physical Therapy (2002–2014) OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2015 and after).
- Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS).
- Valid driver’s license if off-site duties are required; maintain automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle.
- Willingness to participate in licensure-related activities: ATT/Continued Testing process and licensure within 90 days of hire; state license by 90 days; ability to test with CBT.
- Interest in pelvic health preferred; training in general orthopedics is considered.

- Salary range: $38.67–$59.94 per hour; Per diem rate: $51.00 per hour with $2.00 weekend differential (weekend shifts typically with higher pay).
