About the Role Physical Therapist II – Outpatient (ortho/pelvic health) provides evaluation, treatment and follow-up for physician-referred patients in an outpatient setting, with emphasis on ortho and pelvic health. This role may participate in clinical supervision and student education while maintaining accurate patient records. What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
- Participate in the clinical supervision of students What We're Looking For
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- Education: Graduation from a physical therapy program approved by the appropriate accrediting bodies or equivalent
- 2 Years of experience as a Physical Therapist with a strong background in ortho and pelvic health
- Certification: CPR certification required
- Experience: outpatient care

- Salary: $38.67 - $59.94 per hour (USD)
