What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
- Schedule and deliver 45-minute one-on-one patient visits and coordinate care with same provider when possible.
- Work within rehab services across outpatient sites; participate in mentorship programs for new grads.
