About the Role
The Physical Therapist II at Endeavor Health's Elmhurst Hospital provides direct patient care, performing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans to improve function and reduce movement dysfunction. The role supports acute care and opportunities for specialty work and mentorship programs to help clinicians grow. What You'll Do

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients and perform comprehensive evaluations.

Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving functional goals.

Evaluate patients' physical and functional status and implement therapeutic programs addressing movement dysfunction.

Educate patients using excellent communication and engage them in their own care.

Stay updated on developments, techniques, and equipment in physical therapy; maintain a broad knowledge base and clinical reasoning to achieve outcomes. What We're Looking For

1-3 years experience in acute care with demonstration of clinical independence.

Educational requirements vary by graduation year: Bachelor's in PT if graduated before 2002, Master’s or Doctorate in PT if graduated 2002-2014, or Doctorate in PT if graduated 2015 and after.

Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure.

Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association BLS).

Valid driver’s license if duties include off-site locations; evidence of automobile liability coverage if using personal vehicle. Nice to Have

Salary: $38.67 - $59.94 per hour.
