About the Role Physical Therapist I - Pediatrics Outpatient - Days at Endeavor Health provides evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for pediatric patients referred by physicians in an outpatient setting. The role supports clinical education and requires accurate documentation and collaboration with a care team. What You'll Do
- Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred pediatric patients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
- Participate in the clinical supervision of students. What We're Looking For
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
- Graduation from a physical therapy program approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics.
- Skills in outpatient pediatrics. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $35.16 - $54.50.
