About the Role VNA Care is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home health PT visits in Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, and Saugus, MA. The PT will work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager with an extensive Home Health orientation program, and will deliver services in patients' homes within a designated territory. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Home Health experience is not required to apply. What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes within the Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, and Saugus territory.
- Work under the supervision of a Clinical Manager.
- Participate in the home health orientation program.
- Be willing to drive within the designated territory to reach patients. What We're Looking For
- Current good standing Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; home health experience preferred.
- Willingness to drive within the territory.
- Can-do attitude and ability to respond to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills. Nice to Have
- Home health experience (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $101,000 – $137,000 per year based on full-time schedule.
