Physical Therapist - Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Day Shift
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital in beautiful Alturas, CA to hire skilled Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care across outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value patient-centered care, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide prescribed physical therapy treatments and evaluate effectiveness

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments

Maintain accurate documentation and billing

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Support pain management and coordinate patient care plans

What We’re Looking For
-
Active California Physical Therapist license
-
Current BCLS certification
-
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapy modalities
-
Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
-
A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills

What You Can Expect

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) - $7,500 @ hire & $7500 after 2 years
